I think that this is saying not to hold anything in. If you are competing in something or doing something do your best and not wait to give it your all. Don't save anything. Get rid of it as soon as you can because you might regret not doing or saying it in the future.
Holy crap I need to show a certain individual this. He is negative and angry day and night. It is harming his mind which isn't helping his body. It's unhealthy. Also his roommate is giving negativity back as a punishment only making to worse. But then again he's last roommate just took in every negative thing and never said anything. That brought depression.
To me this means that being angry does not get you anywhere but in a bigger mess and makes things worse. Dont hold in anger and build it up because it doesnt help you in the end.
This quote is so true, but not only anger, with all emotions. If you hold your emotions in you will someday blow up. Either that or you will keep hurting yourself by telling yourself you are worthless or even worrying. The part about it pouring is saying to talk. Get it out. Tell someone even if they don't listen. It'll help. Write even. Do something to get it out of your system. Hit a pillow, scream, do something!
You cant hold anger and emotions in. You have to talk to people about it or write it down somewhere. If you keep it in you will never really be happy or 'all good'
I think this means when you get angry it's like acid that spreads and harms those who are around. Otherwise when you're angry you tend to do or say things that you wouldn't normally do.
