You have to get the other players on your team better for you to be a good leader. If you push them and make them a better athlete or worker you will see that you will become a better athlete or worker because they are pushing you.
Being a leader is something everyone needs to know how to do. As a leader you need to make sure you reach out to your friends, family, team members, or even strangers. You, as a leader, should teach your peers that you can always progress and become better. There's never a stopping point. If you can make their lives better, maybe it'll become a domino effect.
I think that leadership is a big part of being a team or a group. If you are considered the 'leader' then you need to be there and lift up your teammates because they are depending on you to help them.
I think this means that to be a good leader you need to think of others before yourself. That you need to make sure people are ok and help them before you think of yourself.
Being a good leader is making the best choices for your team not for yourself. Leadership is all about knowing the right choices and not having second thoughts about doing them
