  1. I think that this means that if you are a leader you need to help your followers to get where they want to go in life. If they want to achieve something then help them out.

  2. I think this means that the leader needs to take his people to places that they've never been and to bring new opportunities to his people.

  7. I totally agree. Not all of us can be leaders if so then there wouldn't be anywhere to go. Also that I believe we all are followers in some way.

  8. A leader is someone who stands out from others and has the strength the not only lead himself in the right direction but others too. And a leader has to deal with not just failure of himself but failure of many people

  11. you need to push people out of there comfort zone and lead them into a new direction but only in the direction that will help them and you can't push them into something by your self you need to lead them not command

  12. I think that this means that if you are leading or say coaching something you need to push other people to do there best. You won't get anywhere if you don't step outside of the box.
