  3. I think this means that as long as you put in all you effort when you're working sooner or later someone will notice your hard work and reward you for your hard work.

  6. That is the thing with working to be better and eventually the top boss. Though after you obtain the position that doesn't mean your done working. It means the work is more important and busy. You just get more money.

  10. Getting to the top doesn't always mean having the least amount of more to do. If you are the lead runner on a windy day you break the wind and all of the people behind you get the benefit while you have to do the most work.
