New species of frog looks like Kermit This is a see through glass frog found in Costa Rica. I think this is really cool because you don't know maybe like someone saw this type of frog but just didn't know that is wasn't found yet or seen so they created Kermit off of that. For one of the shows that involve Kermit it would be cool to be able to bring one of those frogs to show the kids.
New crop insurance math, new challenges The newest refinement is something called yield exclusion, or YE for short, a little-debated provision in the 2014 farm bill which was added in the final talks on behalf of cotton and grain producers in the South and West hurt by the severe droughts of recent years.
Third-graders to learn about agriculture I think this is cool that they are having 3rd graders learn about agriculture because it is important that they start learning at a young age. By having them start to learn about the importance of agriculture at a young age they can be more educated about it in their later years.
New species of frog looks like Kermit That is so adorable! though that fact that he's sound is only a high pitched note is kinda disappointing. Not going to line.... But it is awesome! I would ask if the creator of kermit maybe saw this frog? Im probably wrong but hey I don't know. I would love to see this frog one day and is it poisonous?
Third-graders to learn about agriculture I think it is good that they are teaching the youth of America about agriculture at a young age. If we don't teach them now, no one will want to be involved in ag. We need them to be educated at a young age.
Third graders learn about Ag I think it's really important to be taught about agriculture young because then you'll have a fresh mind of what it is. For example, when people come to a school with Ag being offered as a class not many people will want to join it because they will only think it's about cows and dirt. I feel that if agriculture was taught earlier there would be more people willing to participate in Ag.
On your mark, get set, grow. We are changing the way plants grow. Not all places have long growing seasons. To accommodate for shorter growing seasons researchers are changing genetics in plants. They take two plants with great traits (like early arrival or cold tolerance) and forge an even hardier offspring.
